Policy FAQ's
If I create a Mirror/Upgrade
drive and the primary drive fails, leaving me with only the
mirror/upgrade (backup) drive. Do I have to purchase another license
or can I use the license I purchased for the primary drive?
You can use your original license that you have
received for the primary drive for the backup drive.
What is your upgrade policy (i.e.
Current version is 1.30, if you release version 1.33, is it a free
upgrade, what about version 2.0)?
We provide critical bug fixes and updates to the
current version user has purchased for free. We release new version
with new feature we may charge a small fee for the new feature
update.
Upon the new release, we will decide
1. Whether we need to charge the user?
2. To which user we need to charge and to which user it is free?
3. Fee structure & how much the fee will be?
